Location: Louisiana		I was giving a ifinder handheld but it didn't have any software. Can anyone help me.

You need to buy a MapCreate 6 package. Everything you need, except a PC is in it.
Lowrance p/n = 95-24 (You do the creating, yourself)
Or you can buy pre-loaded cards for most geographical areas.
