Wanted to post this a little earlier, but had to wait until I had a good pic of my new fishing partner. LOL, Sunshine. You thought it was you I was bragging about!! hehehe

Everybody, I'm pleased to introduce to you, BlueMax Tail Gunner. 7 weeks old on the Dec 28th, she's been home for 2 weeks this Sunday. I'm sure Blue will be a faithful fishing and hunting companion for many years to come.

Looks like you've got a keeper there. Labs have always been my favorites. Once he learns how to net you can get rid of Dennis!!!!!!!!!!!

Shep,
Looks like you have a net pointer there. I had a Lab for a few years, and every time an 'eye came to the boat ready to net, she would bark until I had the fish in the bag. Her name was Molly, and she was a hoot! I don't hunt waterfowl, so she was not trained for hunting, but she was definitely in tune with fishing.

Labs will eat your minnows if they get the chance. Lock your minnow well cover, and DO NOT leave a minnow on a hook where the pup can get to it. I've had to deal with that problem, and it is not fun.
