I was wondering what you guys use to cleanup the dried water spots in between washes. Heard someone say the used a water and vinegar mix. Don't know what ratio? Also looking for a good boat wax.

I use a spray detailer, removes water spots and shines the finish nicely. It's this one:

I use vinegar and water works great and then I use pledge on my glass boat as a wax really shines it up nice and it also smells good.

I guess I am kind of clean freak, typically vinegar and water to get the spots off and scale then I use a mist detailer spray after that. A good coat of wax a couple times thru out the summer helps keep the grime off and seals the fiberglass

I use Restore and Wonderfoam. Wonderfoam is made for boats and makes as easy job of removing water spots and scum lines. Restore is a cleaner polish that does an excellent job of making your boat look new. Any questions call anytime. Skeeter

EVERY time you bring the boat out of the water, towel down with a soft terry cloth towel. Use Something, Vinegar & Water, Skeeters stuff, or CLR spray to get any waterspots you missed. I used CLR Spray, and especially on the lower unit. Do this every time, and your boat will stay nice and clean and shiny all the time. A good marine wax a couple times a year helps those wipe downs at the launch.
