| Thought I'd venture down to the shore today and leave the confines of my fireplace.... only to discover that the dam ice has shoved my shoreline back 18 inches! I could never figure out how my property has shrunk 30 feet since the last survey 75 years ago, now I know why!
Now I have all that fun work to look forward to in the spring like sinking another 500 lbs of concrete to anchor my dock posts on the shore. It is amazing what mother nature can do. | |
