Location: Rhinelander | The Trolling for the Troops event was held out of Camp Ripley over the fourth and fifth. Over forty professional anglers where teamed up with veterans for a great day on the water. The veterans fished mostly for small mouth bass and walleyes on Mille Lacs Lake and the Mississippi river. Lots of nice small mouth bass were caught up to 22 inches long biggest walleye for the day was a 27.5 incher. The teams competed for the biggest walleye, bass, and pike on Mille Lacs and on the Mississippi.

Biggest bass was caught by Jeremy Haak and Pro fisherman Scott Steil 22''
Biggest walleye was a tie with two 27.5 inchers the tie was decided by a coin toss and was won by LeRoy Weeres and pro fisherman Tommy Skarlis. Robert Vanheel and pro fisherman Scott Bonnema lost the coin toss.
Biggest pike was a 21 incher caught by Amy Ingli and pro fisherman Josh Douglas.

Biggest small mouth bass was a 20.5 incher caught by Brian Ray and pro fisherman Patrick Eustice.
Biggest walleye was a 14 incher caught by Chris Kelly and pro fisherman Mike Fanslau
Biggest pike was a 20 incher caught by Arden Graber and pro fisherman Richard Fisher.
