Location: Rhinelander | The bite was actually good, it was just tough to put the slot fish in the boat. No one boated an 'over' the entire event, and fish from 20" to 28" had to be released.
Danny and Barb put a good two day total together to take the win with 11.08.
If it hadn't been for a miscue though, Navis and Sprengel would have won; they came in late enough to lose their weight for the day. Even losing their entire weight today, they placed 8th for $1000 and took a big fish check home.
David and David took second just under a pound back, Olson and Geroy third literally hundredths of a pound out of second, Johannes and Vuckovich fourth, and rounding out the top five were McCardle and Valleskey.
The Plautzs were trolling Berkley Flicker Shads for the win and over $9000.00 in cash and prizes.
