Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay.		Heres a picture of the Shiver on the River walleye contest winner for 2004. Tom Witowski caught this 12.8 pounder the last day of the contest 02-07-04 on Saginaw Bay. He was fishing with my buddy out of Ericson Road in 18 FOW. Congratulations Tom.
