| Saturday for an excursion to Depere! Missing the Pentenwell weekend was a bummer with the weather and all. But as many of you know Depere can put out some nice fish in February, I'm no expert but would welcome anyone that wants to tag along! We are gonna do it this Saturday. So hop on board if you haven't made plans yet!!

| I could swing up that way, and stop and see my mom on the way. What time are you getting there? Last year, we got there around 1:00 PM, and my boy caught a nice eye. We saw a lot of people coming out an hour before dark. Lemme know, and I'll bring up some eats, too.
RangerPat, are you gonna be around Saturday?

| Tyee, rumor has it the fish have been popping at dusk. Gonna check it out myself wednesday (tomorrow).

| Hey guys come on up, Larry might have to work Saturday not sure though, I will be headin there around noon. Jayman let me know about that rumor! I know most are catchin fish but havn't heard of any 30's yet, some 25-27's although the majority have been 15-18".

| Ok, Tyee....the rumor, and it has been confirmed.
Lot's of fish popping at dusk don't know about the morning bite. Mostly males in the 10-20" category with the bulk being closer to 15-16". I was told color seems to be important. And I believe that, 3 of us last night all using the same color and we had roughly 9 fish on the ice in about an hour, with about 9 or so additional hooks ups that didn't make it to the ice.
The big girls will probably start showing up in couple more weeks if the ice holds out. 10-15" of ice but remember it's a river.

| Jayman, are you going up Sat afternoon, I will be headin over there at about noon! How can we hook up? Rick, Shep? you guys coming along? What was the color you used jayman or better yet save the info till we get there? Sounds like you had a good time!

Location: Rhinelander | Is pretty cold and windy here, so I blew off ice fishing today. Will head out tomorrow in the morning for an all day Minoqua excursion. Should be very cold, but much less wind.
