Location: Clinton, Ia		Can't fish at the Bellevue Dam. It's closed till March. The closure goes downriver a distance so better check with DNR regulations to see how far downriver the river is closed to walleyes! Still lots of ice below the Dam so the closure likley goes far enough downriver that you would have no open water to fish walleyes anyway.
