Location: Rhinelander | 50 teams and their live release spotters headed out on to Ottertail today at 7 AM under clear skies, easy winds, and cool temps. Most of the teams we talked to predicted it would take over 20# to take the win worth over $22,000.00. The teams will check in at 2 PM at Beach Bums in Battle Lake.

Location: Rhinelander | Bob Schlieman and Shawn Nygaard took the win and a new Lund Impact powered by a Mercury outboard valued at $22,000.00 at the Lund Mania tournament on Ottertail Lake today. It took just over 19 pounds for the win. 16.66 was the total for Koehler and Koehler, who took home a boat, motor, and trailer package worth over $6000.00. Third was taken by Woodward and Woodward, forth by Gronewold and Maczowicz, and rounding out the top five was Gaudette and Bergstrom. This is a very well run event, and appeared to be a blast for the anglers. The Lund Boat pedal races were a hoot for sure.
