Location: Manitowoc, WI | Got my first shipment of Daves Lures Deep Nitro Shiners yesterday. They look excellent. Can't wait to get them wet. These lures will be available to the fishing public within the next 10 days. Best place to buy them will be at Tews Too in Oshkosh. |

| Jerry,
If it is not too much to ask, could you bring a small assortment with you this weekend to Pat's. I'd really like to take a close look at them.

Got an e-mail from Dave this morning saying mine were in the mail as well. Not going to worry to much about the looks or quality, as the Storm family (IMHO) has never put out a bad lure.
I'm personally hoping the new Nitro's contains that (Chinook hate factor) that Storm seemed to have built into their old T-Sticks. Those fall River Kings loved to crush those lures. I tried and was very pleased with the success their new Winning Streaks had last year both on the Saginaw Bay and on the river Kings. Keep those fish catching ideas coming Dave.

Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Heres one of the pictures from last fall with the king himself (I mean the fish) holding up the Winning Streak as evidence.

King of Kings! :-)
Don't know about that statement Rick, but I've taken my share and somebody elses as well. I gave a good bud of mine who used to share charter duties with me (when I owned and operated my drift boat) one of my favorite colored Winning Streaks at the ramp last year. He caught fish after fish last fall while working water behind me (that Maggot) on one of my charter days with clients in the boat. He's a Winning Streak believer now as well. I'm attaching one of the pictures I took of him and his bud with a River King on.

Location: Combined Locks, WI | Tews Two has had them for a week or two already. So does the Sportsman in Appleton, and according to Pete at the Sportsman the Nitro Shinner has been selling like hot cakes. He has sold trough many of the colors and is on his second shipment. I bought some last Thursday and the look great, can't wait to try them.

Location: Combined Locks, WI | Well, I was in Gander Mountain in Appleton today and they now have Nitro Shinners as well. I didn't think anybody but Tew's Two and The Sportsman was going to carry them. Too bad for Gander I have already bought mine from The Sportsman. Early bird gets the worm.

Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Not to take the spotlight off the Nitro Shiners, buy has anybody seen the 11 new Winning Streak colors? I was just on Daves sight and was remembering when those Prism Falsh patterens were taking names and kicking butt on the Saginaw Bay in the old Storm 1/4 ounce tot flavors a few years back.
I'm always trying to visualize just what the fish see in a lure that makes them strike it. I do believe that the prism patterns throw off a thinner/smaller profile because of the clear outer body, that just may make them appear more shad like. Ah, maybe not. But they liked something about that type crankbait before, hope the walleyes remember why because I'm ordering some.

Location: NE/IL | I got my Cabela's order today and it's loaded with Nitro's. They look great, and the finish is pretty good too. I just wish they'd put on good hooks like the ones that come with Reef Runners.
Can't wait to get them wet. Next week on the river!

| Fleet has Storm orig's on sale at 3.49 each. I did make the trip to the sportsman to grap some purple prizms though! I noticed that Pete was having seminars there all weekend including Keith K. yesterday to bad I missed it, he does a great job. I must be spending too much time here rather than reading the ads in the paper!
Good Luck
