Location: Rhinelander | Brutal conditions gave way to sunny skies for most of Friday, and the fish along with the anglers seemed to like it. Zach Axtman of Rugby, ND edged the field to take home first place. Techniques were all over the board, as were locations, and did hear of a lot of great catches coming on slip-bobbers. The field is exhausted from one of the roughest weeks of practice including rain, snow, and wind. Next stop is Marinette, WI at the end of May.
