Location: El Paso, Illinois 61738 | If you are coming to the Illinois River to start pre fishing for the MWC or RCL, or just fun fishing I thought I would let you know. We sure welcome you to the Valley. Barto Landing and the Spring Valley area will be busy. On Sat there will be a 80 boat tournament going on Illinois Central Council of Carpenters. On Sunday the Illinois Walleye Trail 70-80 Boats. Also across the river at the boat club there will be the GNWC on Sat. and on Sat and Sun. a Rockford club invite only tournament. You might want to consider using the Starved Rock Launch or Hennipen Launch they both have there docks in the water. Again, if your coming good Luck and be safe.
