Location: Manitowoc, WI | Rumors are that Winnebago is about 90% ice free and that Poygan and Winneconne are ice free. No word on Butte des Mortes. Can anyone confirm this? |

| Tried to get across Poygan to the river channel from winneconne on Monday and only made it about half way until there was too much ice to get through. I doubt conditions have changed too much since then. |

Location: Menasha, WI | I can't speak to Winneconne or Poygon, but Winnebago is open. Along the west shore from Oshkosh to the north end is 99%-100% open. |
