Location: Monona, WI | I am posting this as a favor for a friend of my dad. He is a Co-Angler in the RCL League - Wisconsin Division and didn't originally sign up for the Winnebago tournament in July. After two tournaments he's in 5th place and would like to continue on to Winnebago for a shot at Little Bay de Noc and Moline.
