| A heads up for all of you MN walleye anglers: Out new hot sh*t warden here in Winona has taken it upon himself to set out on a crusade to make willowcas illegal to collect and sell in MN, and he has been successful. It is now illegal to dip or sell them in the state of MN. It's legal in IA, WI, IL but now thanks to Tom they are no longer legal in MN. What a classic example of a postion going to ones head. | |
