Location: Neenah, WI | There was a large log, like the base of a tree trunk, floating just under the surface in the Paynes Point area on Wed. Someone tied a white bucket to it after trying and failing to remove it. I heard it was reported to Winnebago County but I'm not sure. With the NE winds it may be on shore now though. BE CAREFUL!!! |
