Zach, any word on what prompted this? Landing a new sponsor? Complaints about them dropping the championship? Any clue if this will effect who get's a draw to Cabela's NTC?
I know what it is. Everyone was so upset about me not being able to make Tremp that they all decided to have another tournament that I could make?!?!

| This Championship tournament will not affect point standings, so it should not affect the NTC list either. I believe a number of people expressed the desire to continue having a champonship, and that probably had something to do with it, but I am not positive of all the issues involved.

| We at the W.A.T. have been working hard to develop more sponsorship money to enable us to hold this tournament for the "Best of the Best" of the W.A.T. Yes, I did hear complaints that we were not having a Championship this year but I could not commit until I had the funds in hand.The Championship Tournament results have NO affect on the Team of the Year Standings. The NTC qualifying spots are determined from the point standings after the conclusion of our regular (4 tournament season).
