I fished in that area on Sunday 7/11/04. The algae was not bad at all, but some large patches where starting to show up. With the warmer weather and sunshine, it proably won't stay that way. Three of us fished and caught close to 25 walleyes - lots of small stuff. Best baits where deep thundersticks. If it gets so bad that doesn't stop it, anchor and use slip bobbers. The bobbers will drift along with the goo and give a decent presentation. We caught 2 walleye. When should I expect this green goo to go away?
