Location: Oklahoma | Looks to be a great weekend for walleye fishing! I wish that I could bo to Bay De Noc for the PWT tourney and meet some of you guys...maybe next year. I will be anxiously checking the news to see how everyone is doing. I wish the best to everyone and hope the weather cooperates! If anyone would like to keep an "OKIE" updated with fishing up in your neck of the woods it would be appreciated! As the walleye season comes to a close soon, I will be gearing up for football, as most of you will, too! I am ready! As I am able to, I will be travelling more to visit tournament events next year. Hope to meet some of you!-Dave

Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | Dave,
Don't be putting those rods away just yet. The best is yet to come. If I had to pick two months for both numbers and size for walleye it would be Oct and Nov.
PLUS.....
now that the boys have exposed Bull Shoals as a great walleyey fishery, I'm think'n ROAD TRIP this winter.

Location: Oklahoma | I have been up there in January...BRRRRR> To say the least! I went fishing in Minnesota near Brainard, and froze a thing or two while I was at it! I am thinking that it is pretty nice now, and next month too. I have been invited to come up in the fall again also to Erie PA, but I cannot make it again this year. I had a really great trip there in May, catching over 150 super-sized smallies and 7 walleye. The trip was really nice, I really like the fight that some of those smallmouths give...lots of fun! Good luck, Dennis!
