Posting a Picture that's over 200KB

When I download it from the camera it is 456KB. If you have a phoo editing program, go to size/orient after opening the picture in the editor, and drop the size back to 640X480. There are lots of decent editors as freeware, do a GOOGLE search keywords 'photo editing program'. I found Serif PhotoPlus and was able to resize the picture and post it under my original thread.
