my friend is out as we speak trying the bends of the Wisconsin
I tried Richfihs's favourite fishing honeyhole on my stretch of the river last night for over an hour with only snag/breakoffs. no fish
this morning was invited for some Northern fishing but only hooked an 18 lb wild carp had to leave for work and not 1.5hrs later got "the call" they landed 2 gators... how lame am I to leave before the real action during my stay there was only one take but I did not set the hook on time...
