| Anyone suggest any good waterproof tackle boxes? Maybe I should say bags, as I prefer the soft sided cases. Looking for something to hold 6-10 of the thin divided boxes for crankbaits, etc. Thanks for any help- Dave S |

| If you like the soft sides bags and want to put plano boxes in it. I'd recommend a duffel bag. I decided to buy duffel bags a few years ago. You can get them in nylon, they dry out well, clean up nice and are alot cheaper than $50 tackle bags.
You can get a decent size bag cheap at wally world for $10-$25.
Good Luck |

| Jayman- I have a duffel bag type now, and it's fine for the most part, it just doesn't keep the rain out. It doesn't take much water to rust hooks in a hurry if they get even a little wet. I don't have enough storage in my boat to keep everything out of the weather all the time. |

Location: Neenah, WI | I've seen larger Tupperware type containers used to hold Plano boxes. Most guys bungee them down in an out of the way place like in front of the console. Hope you find something that works. |

| Mike- That looks like a good start. For sure better than what I've got now, and for $20 worth a try. I think I may have to buy a new boat to match that bag, however!! Thanks for the link. Dave S |

Location: Rhinelander | Any weather resistant duffel will work if you use 'camp dry' silicone spray to keep water out. If you waterproof spray the fabric a couple times a year, they stay nice and dry. Best to find a duffel that has a fold over flap to cover the zipper, mostly sold in outdoor stores and catalogs. |
