Location: Manitowoc, WI | To my co-angling friends: I want you to know that I do not know how this will work if you are co-signed with a non-FLW boat. There may be others who sign up after you that, based on the boat they own or the boat owned by their co-entrant, may get in before you.
I'm going into this with the thoght of hoping to fish but thinking I probably will not get in. I just want everyone who possibly signs up with me or my friends to understand this up front.
