Tarpon fishing and catching that 100 pounder, is just one more of those things I've always dreamed of doing. Going to actually do one of the others with a board buddy on the 8th and 9th of January. Fishing the Niarga Falls Gorge and it's tailwaters in Lake Ontario, for Giant Lakers/Salmon and Walleye has been a dream of mine, since I seen it on a fishing show about 12 years ago. That bud sent me one picture of his trip last Saturday, when they caught 7 lakers between 12 and 20 pounds and one atlantic salmon about 6 pounds. Said "We didn't do so good Saturday" "The bite will be better by the time you get here" Better?......Wow.

Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Yup....I meant Brain. But the post title wasn't meant to offend in general, but simply aimed at the guys who were not going to forget to be at the chat. But most (including myself) were either late or didn't show at all. Brain farts of course are those memory lapses that only the really busy and successful people get.

| Uh, Captain Dan...maybe what you experienced was really a "senior moment" You'll be glad to know that you'll be experiencing more and more of the same as time passes. I can't needle you too much, however, because I'm older than you and I must say I have experienced some of this kind of thing myself.
Merry Christmas! |
