| I am starting to feel depressed. I don't think I have seen the sun since Thanksgiving except for the 4 days when the high was 3 degrees. Does the sun still exist or did it disappear???? |

Location: Manitowoc, WI | I'm with you, Hafe. It's still snowing here in Manitowoc. We have somewhere between 9-12" on the ground and the National Weather Service just extended the Winter Storm Warning here till 6 pm, as we're getting another 2 or more inches of the stuff. I've had about enough of this useless weather. Thinking about relocating to a warm weather climate so I can launch the boat and fish year 'round. |

| Thats why when you put the boat away you should get out the ol' arctic cat, then winter is fun! |

Location: Upper Sandusky Ohio | Guys for me cold, and snow is just bad news. I am absolutely petrified of ice. I fell through when I was about 10 years old, and you couldn't get me back on under any circumstance. The snow puts a screaching halt on my Coon hunting. So come on warm weather!! The Trophy is is in storage, and I miss her badly!! April can't get here fast enough!! |

Well, what do you think? I never used to miss summer that much when I was younger, but me and this swivel chair in front of my Computer, are starting to become way to familar. Hey, draw me a picture with my BIG head sticking out of my boat.

Kevin.
Yup. If you think tournaments are tough to keep your concentration in, try 5 college girls in bikinis drinking wine coolers all day and pinching your a$$ as you try to set lines. You think my job is easy?
The wife reaped all the benefits that night from that particular trip.

Location: Upper Sandusky Ohio | Dan, I'm all about teamwork buddy!!! The next time they book you, I'll pay to be firstmate, and take the heat off both you, and the Mrs. You need to concentrate on electronics, and positions (no pun intended) and not be bothered by dumb questions like "Kevin... will you rub lotion on my back"? or how about Kevin...can you see my tan lines?? Dan I just wouldn't want to see you go through the hastle man. |

Yes, it is a dirty job, and one that only certain, professional men should take on. But a Licensed Coats Guard Captains first obligation is to make sure all his clients are safe and comfortable. And few things are as comfortable as string bikinis are. Of course mine has never really fit me right and seems to ride-up when I'm stretching to set lines. But enough about that hideous mental picture. I will consider your offer to pay to be my first mate. But it would be tough for me to just set there and steer the boat, keeping an eye on "Everything" while you do all the work.;-)

Lyubo, Sorry but your pic has been outdone!!!
Topping each other up is all I am about LMAO
Let's see who has a better story than mine...
Guess what is:
1 order of Jumbo Buffalo Shrimp
2 pitchers of ice cold MGD
1 Caesar Salad (no meat)
1 Order Escargot
1 Order Garlic Bread(OK it was actually 2)
Large French Fries
--------------------------------------------------
!?!?!??!?!!? Somebody, Anybody!?
Ok that sums up in all that came out of me last weekend 2,5hrs out in the Gulf of Mexico overboard the Getaway Marina Night Snapper Cruise I booked 1800-0200 in Fort Myers...
"Well, you are not planning on joining the Navy I presume!?" was the comment I got from the mates, and a few friendly taps on my weakened shoulders... And it was only 3-4 foot seas! Not the greatest idea to run for 12 minutes along the beach in order to change and hop in the rental car to make it to the marina on time...
Was I embarrassed? You bet I was, besides chumming an area of a square mile(yep sea mile), I only boated a dz snappers and they weren't anything to write home about either, few fellow anglers boated nice Grouper in the 10-14lb range there were a couple Mangrove Snappers that brought cash to the biggest fish draw of 22-24", I got a Spanish Grunt here and there, and the most exotic catch was the 2 Octopi boated - mate goes to unhook one, angler goes: You got him? - Nope- mate goes - %$#ker got me in his beak @$$hole! I started with a subtle laugh and ended up barfing overboard again... How could I explain it to them that I have been in 2digit waves on Lake Michigan already with no regurgitation consequences Man, was I depressed... exaustion and stupidity took their toll.
And, yeah there was a lot of fine @$$ both at the beach and onboard... |
