| Looking at the current standing in the Shiver on the River Contest out of Bay City, Michiagn, the walleye fishery is alive and well on Saginaw Bay. Currently the biggest fish is a tad under 12 pounds, but that could well change. The weather forecast for this weekend is calling for bright sunshine and temps in the mid 40's. Needless to say there will be hundreds of anglers spending alot of time on the ice this weekend and surely one of those will find the traditional 13-14#er it normally takes to win this contest.
