ANY IDEA WHEN THE MERCURY NATIONAL TOURNAMENT APPLICATIONS WILL BE MAILED OUT OR HAVE THEN BEEN MAILED OUT ALREADY???

Where or how does one get an entry form for this tourney? loking to try and get into it even though I heard there is a big waiting list for it. Let me know thanks.
