Location: Isle MN. | Aww, I feel so much better having spent yesterday on soft water!! A buddy and I chased sauger and walleye on the fridgid 36 degree water of the Mississippi River at Redwing. Caught some nice eaters hopefully they will all grow up and be trophys! Tim caught one sauger that was really fat and full of eggs! I can't wait till next week!

Location: Rhinelander | As I get ready to work some sport shows and promotions this weekend, it's snowing like a banshee out there. it was WAY below zero a coule nights ago, too. Winter isn't going to give it up early here, that's for sure.

Location: upper michigan | Every where i look its hard water even the rivers only have open holes where the water moves fast or near warm water discharges. I will most likely make a trip south in a couple weeks just to put a can on top of the bug for a couple days. The way things look here it may be another 4 to 6 weeks for the lakes and at least 2 to 3 for the rivers. |

Location: Neenah, WI | We plowed the roads and checked the bridges on Winnebago yeasterday. Winter hasn't even whimpered yet. We're really looking forward to Spring Valley and being in a boat again. |
