Had to get the boat wet so we put in at Bender, our first time there and fished the warm water discharge.Fishing was hot so I got to play with alot of lures.Valerie would drive and I would put out four lures different shapes but with the same color pattern.then make a pass the lure that caught fish stayed on then changed the rest to a different color, shape, speed things like that.Caught fish all day almost every pass had a fish on.But Every fish was caught on a prism color. If I had a Ka-Boom shiner in purple on or a Shad Rap in the new Citrus or Blue in prism We caught a fish. Not one fish on anything that was not a prism. If you go stay in the warmest water you can find It was 50 yesterday at the South end of the Steel seawall.Lost four very big fish on break offs (14lb test) Kept 8 caught 20-30 from noon to about 4:30.almost forgot 25ft back on all lures.Paul

Location: Rhinelander
What was the general size of the fish, and where is 'Bender'? Sounds like a great time!

Bender Park is South of Milwaukee on Lake Michigan, and the fish were brown trout the big fish in the boat was about 8lbs the small was 4lb.We let go 4 that were 10lbs an over, looked like females. It was fun to be back on the water ,Looks like the Illinois or Mississippi next weekend.Paul
