"Jake" and I went fishing on the Tittabawassee River Saturday with Capt. Dan, AKA Walleye Express. We had a great day and landed 8 nice walleyes ranging in size from 2 to 6 lbs. It was the first time I’ve been ice fishing from a boat! Yep you got it for the first hour it was more like being on an ice breaker than a fishing trip but when the flows diminished we had some very good action. We were supposed to go ice fishing on the bay but Dan suggested the river, as the bay was kind of a mess with the snow/slush making travel to the good spots a little tough. If you go to http://www.walleye-express.com/appiesnet/gallery/river you will see photos of the days catch (3-5-05 Tittabawassee River). Thanks Dan for a fun day on the river.

It was my distinct pleasure sir. I very much appreciate yours and your brothers business and company, and hope we can hook up for that fantastic Smallie bite I told you about this spring, or maybe get you on the ice yet this winter.
