What are your perfered rods for the following methods of Walleye fishing. One more thing. I am not necessarly looking for brand, but for length and Action. Eg. 6.6 medium, fast.

-Jigging

-lindy rigging/bottom bouncing

-Trolling cranks

-casting cranks

Thanks
Cory

That's a tough one. Anybody else want to tackle this?

Somebody turn on the heat, and melt this ice. I think everybody is losing their mind.

6' for vertical jiggin adn 6'6'' for tossin jigs medium or medium light (spinning)
7' medium light spinning for lindy rigging and all other finesse rigging, 7' medium casting for bottom bouncing
8'6'' trolling rods
and I like a 7' medium light casting rod cause it gives me that good hook setting leverage

Bass Pro has a good selection of the different technique specific rods for Walleye. Even if you don't buy their rods, it's a good place to get an idea of what their Pro-Staff guys designed for each technique.
