Location: Chicago IL. | It was nasty weather. The kind that makes walleye guys tuff. My partner and I took 2nd place. It was close at the end. I will say it was the closest I have ever seen a tourney. Harry Miller and Bob Schmerbach won it. 18 plus took to win.

| Great job John, you fishing with Micheal again? Sitting good for year now. Waiting for the La Crosse tourney now. My partner and I decided not to make the trip to Bellevue due to some family committments but will be fishing the remaining 2.
Did Kevin Withey fish? Heard he broke his achillies tendon turkey hunting a week or two prior to the tourney and then Ed blew up his motor the week before? Tough luck there.
Oh, congrates to Harry and Bob as well, and to the rest of the guys.
See you in La Crosse.

Location: Elgin, Illinois | Great Job John.... Believe me it was tough fishing everywhere that wind was blowing... 18 lbs was about what was weighed in by the top three finishers of the FLW on Petenwell... So at least there were some cooperative fish where you were... We just got a long miserable boat ride for a 1lber but finished ahead of 41 other boats! |

Thanks John!

Location: NW Illinois | Congrats John! I was betting there was going to be a tough bite with that nasty cold front, fast water, and high skies! 18# is awesome!
Give me a call when you get time!
