Location: Appleton WI | Anyone have any experience with this line? I'm making the switch from fireline back to a line that has a little stretch because I am loosing fish by not having any stretch when I am pitching jigs. Is the line worth a try? Please give me your thoughts on it.

Location: Waukesha Wisconsin | Used it allot last summer. Low stretch some memory, a little hard to see if you are a line watcher. |

Location: Rhinelander | I use mono almost exclusively for jigs, because I miss so many fish with superlines. I use Berkely Trilene and believe it or not, really like the Shakespeare USA fl. blue in 4, 6, and 8#. Tough, good knot strength, and about five bucks for 500 yards. |

| How about using flourocarbon for pitching jigs or cranks? Does anbody use this stuf for these purposes?
If so what brands? |

| I tried Cajun Red for the first time this weekend. I thought castability was great and thought it had very low memory. the only problem was those damn vebra muscles really tore it up, as they do with any mono. |

| I have had very good luck with the Pro-line from Cabelas. I think its at least as good a general purpose line as Trilene or Stren. I was also a loyal Super Silver Thread user for quite a few years and I still think the Co-polmer stuff is superior mono. But when Wal Mart quit carrying it I found out I wasn't as loyal as I thought. If I want less stretch now I use Fireline. I also have lost some fish using the no stretch stuff, at least thats what I like to blame. The good news is I can't remember losing any fish from it breaking..... Nothing like jumping up and down and yelling "no hitter".

Location: upper michigan | with the no stretch super lines i have found that a soft rod like a ugly stick realy help in the hook ups and fight of the fish. |

| I started using the Cajun this year. I LOVE IT!!! Super low memory and super tough. Had a couple snags with 6# test and darn near broke my arms pulling it out. Plus the price on this stuff is super!

| I've used the heavier stuff for bass, not walleyes. It is made by Shakespeare. I've had good success with it.
