Location: Plano, IL | I called Big Jim's Guide Service in Ottawa to book a trip on the Illinois. He has quit booking because the State and the Coast Guard are checking for guide licenses. He won't take anyone out until he gets his licenses. Are there any licensed guides on the Illinois River that I can call? |
