KIDS FISHING CLINIC

WHAT:
A FREE kids fishing clinic where kids can learn and improve their fishing skills. Safety, equipment, techniques, locations, fish handling, and catch and release
will be taught. NIWC members will teach their techniques, tricks and tips.
GOALS:
· To teach fishing techniques, fishing safety and to have fun.
· To develop and promote the love of fishing for our area youth anglers.
· To promote proper fish handling and catch and release fishing.
WHERE:
Place: Shabbona Lake State Park (Somonauk Point)
Date: Saturday June 11th, 2005
Time: 8:00am – 12:00pm. (Lunch Will Be Served At 11:30am)
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your fishing pole, assorted tackle, a great attitude, and the desire to learn how to be a better angler.
LUNCH:
A FREE lunch will be served by the Northern Illinois Walleye Club. Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Chips and Drinks will be provided for all anglers.

| Any Illinois walleye anglers who can make this event should give it a try. The club is new and the membership is growing with a bunch of folks who really want to have fun and promote sport fishing for everybody.

Location: Elgin, Illinois | The club meets on the first Tuesday of the Month at Twins Tavern in Dekalb, IL. Great people, good speakers and the location has good food and very nice selection of adult beverages...
