For anyone curious about how the actiondisc works here's a clip of one being trolled with a plastic squid. It's kind of hard to see the disc but the action it gives to the squid says it all.

I just ordered 2 dozen to try with crawler harnesses. I'm wondering how they will affect the rotation of the blade? If I have to run them without a blade it wouldn't be too bad because it looks like they provide a lot of action by themselves. If I could get them to work with a blade I think that would really get the fish's attention though.

If I was to experiment with a blade, I'd put it in front of the disc. Anything behind it would create more weight and drag, rendering the wiggle disc action useless. I think you'll find though that they put off all the flash and vibration you'll need all by themselves.

I have run them with a blade and they work. put a bead in between the action disc and the clevis and you will be fine. good luck
