Member Posts: 73 Location: NW Illinois John, I have not heard much about 13 of late, 14 was really hot bite last week, I have not been out since the 10th, probably won't be out for a while yet, but most anywhere there's a flat with some clams, there are walleyes. We got pushed into the backwaters from the heat. The wife was content with catching sheeps and cats as long as we were in the shade. Nice to take a fun fishing day for a change. We all forget how much fun it is to throw out a worm and relax.
