The morning dawned cool and still, promising partly cloudy skies and temps in the 80's, with winds North East to 10 MPH. The atmosphere was great, with most of the Pros anticipating an improving bite today.

Sure wish I had got to stick around out there but had a great time prefishing with Bruce Samson and Gary Sjomeling. If you have extra time on your hands and don't mind driving, run up 1804 in Mobridge to Pollock or aleast 3/4 of the way. The view is even better on the back when you can watch ahead looking down the river to the south. Make sure you take your camera's.

Keep in mind when looking at the weights from this event that there is a limit here on Oahe of only one fish per angler 20" or over. This has made for some pretty interesting decisions, because the Pro and his Co Angler can only livewell 7 fish weighing the best 5, and cannot upgrade after that.
