| They are using a Civil War cannon to signal the start of the event, very cool. |

Location: Rhinelander | The boats were out by 9:45, in what could only be described as a 'lifting' fog. No one was worried too much about the delay, it's safety first for the Pros.
The Civil War Cannon firing to begin the ease off was very cool from up on a bluff overlooking the water.

Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | I can see the headlines now. PWT Legend broadsided and sunk by 9 pounder at kick off to todays championship event. Cannon crew vows to petition Washington for place at Arlington Cemetery for both the Pro/Amature contestants.
