Insurance

wall-nut Posted 2/27/2006 5:28 PM (#40014) Subject: Insurance Member Posts: 25 Location: Fox Lake, Illinois I've just found out that the insurance that I've been using for 6 years of tournament fishing doesn't cover me for TOURNAMENT fishing. Someone recomended looking into the NPAA. Has anyone gotten insurance through them, any bad/good experiences? I upgraded from a 16' boat with a 50HP tiller on it to a 2006 2060 Tuffy Osprey with a 225 HP Opti on it. Been fishing for 15 years with my own boat. They said that it was too much of a HP upgrade and they will not insure me until I get more time on the water with the new boat.
