Just sending out a heal up soon post to Little Nephew, AKA Nail Gun Guy.

Seems he had a bit of an accident on Monday, and shot a 3" framing nail into his femur, above his knee. Sucked his Carharts right in with the head of the nail. As soon as I heard, I raced down to Fondy to the hospital. I was too late to get any good pictures, as he was just about ready to leave after the removel of the nail. Seems he had them get a crow bar and a 2by4, as the Doc didn't know how he was going to get that nail out. Worked like a charm, but I bet that sucker is hurting today! I see he's lurking on the board, so I thought this might cheer him up a bit.

Can't wait to be able to post the X-Ray! Take care, Mark. No twisting on the leg till the holes heal up!

Don't worry all,
I am fine. Hurt Like hell the next day. But not as bad as the chewing I got from the wife for trying to go to work the next morning. I am up and moving around trying to get ready for the open water, that is when I am not working this year.

Good thing you didn't shoot yourself in the head. No telling how far or what county that nail would've landed in. How do you like me now Mark.
