Location: Darboy USA | I thought it was great. Got to chat with Doc and Rocket and also listen to some good question and answer sessions with some other top fisherman. I didn't stay until the end, but I'm hoping I won the trolling motor!!
Thanks to Doc for organizing this event and for all the participants that took time out of their schedules. Definitely a good time and sure gets the blood going big time to hit the river!! From the looks of it today while we were working on the raft, I say the edges will be clear this week and the whole river will be broken up within 2 weeks or less. Come on rain! |

Location: Combined Locks, WI | The Ice Breaker was a great event. I bet those guys think they invented Flies, that is why it was hush hush. It has been around along time, not much of a secret anymore. Besides, secrest don't last long, the word gets out pretty quick. However this is still a technique that requires some degree of skill. Not everyone will have the same sucess as the next guy. Everyone puts their own little twist to their presentation that gives them the confidence to keep doing it. |

Location: Oshkosh, WI | It seems like the difference between river fisherman and tournament fisherman is that river fisherman will tell you they won't tell you anything and tournament fisherman will sound like they are telling you everything, but really tell you nothing. |
