| I'm wanting to put braided line on a spinning reel. What is the softest brand? Something in the mono. pound of 12 to 17. Thanks Doug |

What will you be using this line for? Obviously fishing, but what type? I recommend Power Pro or Fireline if you want to use a superline, but I only use these types of line for certain applications, like jigging in extremely snaggy situations or around trees or cane beds. Otherwise, I use Trilene XT for just about everything else. |

Doug.
The SOFTEST brade on the market is a Cabela's brand called Rip Cord. I've been using 2-10 Rip Cord for years now jig fishing walleyes on the rivers and 8-30 casting for River King Salmon. Its strength and castability are awesome, but like all brades, its pricy. And No, I'm not sponsored by them.

| Hardly, I just hope my wife has a better sense of humor than you. Considering she's probably fit enough to kick your ****. |
