Interesting day on Pepin

Loren Waalkens Posted 4/20/2006 10:22 AM (#42651) Subject: Interesting day on Pepin Member Posts: 200 Location: Lake City MN Worked my way down into the lake Pepin yesterday to do a little multi species fishing. We boated a few nice bass, a pike or two. and a couple of eyes. While pitching a spinnerbait into some flooded brush, expecting to catch a bucket mouth or pike, I had what looked to me like a musky follow to the boat and disapear. So instinctivly I went into a figure eight and wham, fish on. I ended up boating a fairly decent musky, what a suprise. Great way to start my season in the lake.
