Location: Essexville, MI./Saginaw Bay. | Just caught a snippet of a cooking show yesterday where the guy was making White Fish Nachos. And I do walleye on the grill wrapped in foil and smothered in Salsa, and it taste great. So Walleye pizza should be pretty tasty as well. | |

Location: Rhinelander | I have, since near all we eat here at home is wild game and fish, I experiment. I fry the walleye a bit crisp and set it aside. Bake the pizza, just cheeze and sauce, until done, then add the fish in smallish chunks and add enough shredded cheeze to cover, as it comes out of the oven. | |
