Just a note to all the WFers that were around for the PWT event in Winneconne. It was great to meet a bunch of you in person. For those of you that didn't come around you missed a great time. I had as much fun each evening in the parking lot as I did on the water each day. We won't even mention the post tournament celebration. I am unsure what we celebrated, but it must have been worth it.

The fishing was tough, but the new friendships that were created made the trip all worth while. Sunshine, Tyee, Lund Dude, Little Nephew, Buzz, and Mike and anyone I missed, thanks for the great WI experience.

Wish I had time to hang out a bit after the weigh in every day, but Zach is a cruel taskmaster...

Johnnie,

I to had a great celebration after the tournament! I won't forget seeing one particular angler in a a pink shirt on Friday night. That was truely a sight to see! It was also great to meet you and look forward to seeing you at the rest of the tournaments this year. You better show them how it's down when were out there on your home lake! LOL

Jonnie, thanks a bunch, It's too bad we couldn't get to those fish! You are truely a class act and a pleasure to fish with! I encourage anyone that is interested in fishing Devils lake or in Jonnies neighborhood to look him up! You will have a trip worth remembering and an experience of a liftime, I know I did!

I'm looking forward to your progress this year. Now that you know what a Wisconsin Walleye looks like, it can only get easier for ya.

Good Luck
Tyee

TJ,
It was great meeting you and spending some time together. The “pink shirt” person was very interesting to say the least.

Johnnie,
I totally agree about the great people we were associated with during the tournament. I too would like to personally thank everyone for their help, suggestions, input and support. A big thank you also goes out to Larry, Matt, Someday and Steve.

The people of Winneconne did a great job of making us feel welcome.

Great memories and friendships were made!!

Sunshine,

It was great meeting you to, I look forward to the rest of the season. You are fishing all the regional tournaments this year aren't you? I couldn't remember what you said the other night.

Fishtrap,

That is good someone took the initiative and saved us all from the sight that lyed beneath that shirt! That is putting a bad image in my head, hopefully we won't have to see that again! LOL

Johnnie,

I really enjoyed your perspective on the fishing world and the "friendly" Coast Guard story shared over dinner. I was the one sitting directly across from you.

Good luck this year

Steve
