Subject: Pelican - Crow Wing cnty image


I put Pelican Lake in Crow Wing county, just north of Brainerd, back up on my quicky site for any one fishing it to down load. Just right click on the image and save it some where you can find it again then you can open it with any photo shop type program. Have fun and be safe. I might post another lake later, say Otter Tail after the Elite PWT.

Is this the lake that had all the BIg Bluegills at one time?

I don't think so, it seemed to me that one was suppose to have alot of weeds in it. Was that the Pelican next to Orr, MN.

It was the Pelican near Orr that had the big sunfish. I remember 1 trip I was 10 or 12 and every cast with a twister tail produced either a 10"+ sunfish or one of the northerns that that lurked just below the school of sunnies. It was a lot of fun.
