| I put this here with a sad heart and the full permission of Tabitha and Jacob from thier journal on Caring Bridge!!
We have had a long week here. Jacob had another seizure Sun. night and had to be admitted into the hospital. (we got home on Thursday) While in the hospital we got the final pathology report back and it was not as good as we had hoped.....Jacob has choose to stop all treatment and come home to be with family and friends. The reasoning behind this is as follows: 1. 3-6 months without treatment and 9-12 with, 2. can not tell us treatment will work, so even with treatment could still only be 3-6 months, 3. They do not know if his symptoms will get any better with treatment.
So he has choose to come home and spend the time he has with family and friends and not in the hospital away from everything he loves. Thanks to everyone that has helped us and please continue to write in the guestbook. He always asks if there is anything new.
