OK, so they weren't walleyes and I wasn't on Bago but it was some fun fishing! Fished Lake Michigan out of Kewaunee on Monday morning with my gracious host & recent addition to WF Hammer'em. We landed 3 and lost a few others. Bite was best very early. Most hits came 70' down in 100'-120' fow on purple/blue holographic spoons behind dodgers. All-in-all a great day fishing with a skilled angler and a great guy. After feasting on walleyes for the last week it's nice to get some pink meat in my diet

I have nothing to lose buy posting this because I don't fish tournaments.I just figured I would be a nice guy and post some information.I located a nice pod of really nice fish about a 1/4 mile north of Garlic island and 3.2 miles out towards the east shore. There are some sheeps mixed in as usual however the eyes are above them.Running a wide spread with boards with the outside lines having harnesses and the inner boards running cranks. The blade size has been #4 in hammered copper or a scale looking blue.I am only running a split shot on these so they are definetly up high in the top 3 feet of the column. The cranks that are working are pearl white wally diver,#5 black and gold shad rap, rainbow trout colored rapala(floater with tiny split shot) and also a custom painted #5 shad rap that is a prism looking green. It took a while to figure out what speed they wanted but it seems to be .9 to 1.5 bliping the throttle every so often.

Good luck to everyone fishing Otter St. Later Zeke01
